Pertamina EcoRun Fest 2025: A Synergy of Sustainability, Sports, and Sound

In 2025, IDEALIVE was honored to be part of one of Pertamina’s most anticipated annual events: EcoRun Fest 2025. Building upon its long-standing reputation as a premier event for the running community, this edition combined professional racing with a vibrant music festival. The preparation began six months in advance to manage the immense scale of the project. The enthusiasm was evident as 14,000 race tickets sold out within hours, followed by a music festival attended by 10,000 people. IDEALIVE spearheaded the overall creative visual concepts and production, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across the entire festival ground.

EcoRun Fest 2025 was a massive collaborative effort involving over 40 partners, including Pertamina’s subsidiaries and private brands like Le Minerale, Mills, Decathlon, and Jete. The festival served as a hub for eco-conscious living, featuring an Eco Market with 60 F&B tenants and 10 creative goods brands. We also facilitated an Eco Workshop for over 300 participants, working alongside environmental advocates and media such as Greeners, Demi Bumi, Liberty Society, and Waste4change.

For a high-stakes event with deep brand equity like EcoRun Fest, our Synthesis Protocol focused on seamless integration. We engaged in Expert Synthesis by working closely with IMRR for professional race management and Pertamina’s internal digital and marketing teams to ensure every visual touchpoint aligned with the event's grand narrative.

Through Production Excellence, we managed the complex physical infrastructure across three distinct stages featuring over 21 artists. Our role was to provide a Frictionless Infrastructure that supported the heavy flow of participants and festival-goers. By focusing on Sensory Orchestration, we ensured that the creative visuals and production quality complemented the event's established legacy, delivering a reliable and memorable experience for a loyal audience that has looked forward to this event for years.
