Astra SATU Indonesia Awards 2024: A 15-Year Milestone of Integrated Impact

IDEALIVE was entrusted to orchestrate the 15th Anniversary of the Astra SATU Indonesia Awards, a landmark year in one of Indonesia's most prestigious appreciation programs. In the tradition of this event, every five-year milestone is regarded as a high-stakes environment requiring an extraordinary level of Production Excellence. Attended by the President Director of Astra and the full Board of Directors, this event served as the epicenter of impact where corporate values were translated into a lived experience.

The SATU Indonesia Awards (Semangat Astra Terpadu Untuk Indonesia) is an annual national appreciation program by PT Astra International Tbk. It honors young, inspiring "heroes" who have made significant, sustainable contributions to society across five key pillars: Health, Education, Environment, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. Since its inception, the program has identified and supported inspirational young leaders driving social transformation across Indonesia.

To honor the 15-year legacy of the SATU Indonesia Awards, we activated our Synthesis Protocol, moving beyond the standard brief through structured Domain Discovery and Expert Synthesis to identify core challenges and align collective intelligence.
