InJourney RJPP 2023: Harmonizing Corporate Vision with Ancient Heritage

In 2023, IDEALIVE was entrusted with the execution of the RJPP (Corporate Long-Term Plan) meeting for InJourney Holding, set against the majestic backdrop of the Prambanan Temple in Yogyakarta. As the holding company for Indonesia’s aviation and tourism sectors, it was essential that the event reflected the very essence of Indonesian heritage and tourism excellence.

The core challenge was to design a production set that complemented, rather than competed with, the ancient beauty of the temple. To achieve this, IDEALIVE moved away from conventional modern structures. We collaborated closely with local bamboo weaving artisans to create a bespoke set that felt like a natural extension of the environment. This organic approach resulted in a unique, sophisticated atmosphere that honored traditional craftsmanship while maintaining a high-level corporate standard.

The synergy between the sustainable bamboo installations and the historical site created a powerful, one-of-a-kind setting for InJourney’s strategic planning.
