In 2026, IDEALIVE was appointed as the lead agency to spearhead Pertamina Bareng Bareng Mudik, a large-scale social initiative designed to provide a safe, organized, and joyful travel experience for thousands of travelers. From the initial conceptualization to the final moment of return, our mission was to ensure that Pertamina’s spirit of service was felt at every kilometer.

Execution began with a comprehensive plan to mobilize a fleet of 131 buses, safely transporting 4,000 participants from Jakarta to 23 distinct destinations across the island of Java. IDEALIVE managed the entire ecosystem, including a digitized registration process, rigorous vehicle safety inspections, and a vibrant send-off event that turned a departure point into a celebration of community. By handling the complex coordination required for such a high-volume movement, we ensured the journey was as comfortable as it was memorable.

Our commitment extended beyond the initial departure. To provide a truly holistic service, IDEALIVE managed the "Arus Balik" or the return flow, establishing strategic hubs in four major cities: Cirebon, Semarang, Jogja, and Surabaya. We successfully coordinated the return journey of thousands of participants back to Jakarta, maintaining the same high standards of safety and hospitality. This multi-city operation required a tireless on-ground presence and real-time monitoring to ensure a smooth transition back to the capital.
